Program Notes: The Twenty Four Chorale-Preludes for keyboard instruments is intended for performance in the concert hall, church service and leisure. It was my intention to create a set of short keyboard preludes exploring the harmonic possibilities of a four-part texture in all major and minor keys each with an individual and contrapuntal character.
